
Teri Lynn Hatcher was born on December 8 1964 in Palo alto, California. Her mother Esther was an engineer at Lockheed Martin computer programmer, while her father Owen was an electrical engineer, nuclear physicist. Teri was born by Esther. Teri took ballet classes at the San Juan School of Dance and was raised in Sunnyvale, California. She attended Fremont High School, where she was captain of the Featherettes dance team. She was voted "Most likely to become a Solid Gold Dancer." Hatcher was a graduate of De Anza College, where she majored in mathematics and engineering. She also attended acting classes at San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater. Teri revealed that she had suffered sexual abuse from her uncle, Richard Hayes Stone, from the age of 5. she assisted Santa Clara County prosecutors with their case against him after the victim, who was 14 years old, of Stone's committed suicide. Stone was found guilty of four charges of molestation. He passed away from colon cancer while in prison
