Awkwafina

American musician and actor Awkwafina began her career with hilarious hip-hop tracks that addressed sexuality and racial identities with a the most outrageous comedy perspective prior to expanding her reach into Hollywood. Nora Lum was born to Chinese-Korean immigrants who resided in Forest Hills Queens. Her first experience with music came via the trumpet. Also, she received Jazz and classical training before delving into hip-hop as a teenager. Following a focus on education, she graduated with the degree of journalist in university and also a women's study specialization. Following graduation, she decided to pursue music as her main focus. The My Vag song, My Vag which was her response to the Mickey Avalon song My Dick, became a viral hit on the Internet and was later featured on her debut LP Yellow Ranger. On the album, there were other viral hits including Queef (body-positive) as well as NYC Bitchethe cost of $. The latter song was linked directly to another project, Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide, which was published in the year 2015. In addition to having published a book and a singer, she was also a professional as a performer. In addition to early shows like Girl Code and Tawk she was also in films like Neighbors 2, Storks as well as Bad Rap. In the year 2018, she was offered several notable roles that were a breakthrough, like Dude Ocean's Eight or Crazy Rich Asians. She released the EP, In Fina We Trust in June of the year.
